The Master Plan for Legacy has 3 phases.

The First Phase (which is already in progress) includes the construction of Town Hall, the construction and landscaping of the Town Green, and home construction on the first major street (Legacy Blvd) with alleys needed for those homes.

The second phase of Legacy includes the construction of a community playground and swimming pool, as well as laying more major streets for the community and home construction.

Finally, the third phase of Legacy includes the laying of additional streets and the construction of more houses. In total, after Phase 3 is completed, Legacy is planned to have more than 100 homes covering its 130 acre community.

Our Master Plan calls for the community to consist of Manor, Avenue, and Boulevard homes. All ranging from 1400 square feet to over 3500 square feet. We also plan to have Brownstone homes line the front of the community, with a work downstairs, live upstairs feel.
