Facility Rental Rates

Our facility rental pricing typically ranges from $250 to $800.  The common rooms of the building and are included for all events. We limit our rentals for larger events to one per weekend, with each limited to five hours' duration. We require that any amplified music be limited to a moderate volume; and that the bar close and the music end no later than 11:00 PM. Hosts have the entire day of the wedding for preparation and decoration on the premises.  Additional time (by the hour or day) can be rented in advance.

The Rental Rate Includes

• * Reception tables, chairs, china, glassware and flatware
• * Ceremony Seating for up to 100 guests with additional chairs available
• * Large dressing room for the bride and groom both with private bath available before event
• * Complimentary 1-hour ceremony rehearsal subject to availability with approval by Legacy staff
• * Vendor deliveries or set-up are allowed to setup the day of the event with earlier access available upon request
• * Time for an event photo shoot with prior arrangement by Legacy staff

POLICIES
Reservations, Deposits & Forms of Payment
To book a date requires a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the estimated event price and signing of the contract which details date, estimated start time, estimated number of guests, as well as any additional information pertaining to your event. We accept checks & cash.

Culinary Offerings
You are allowed to use any caterer of your choice.  A list of caterers in the area is available on our website.

Cleaning & Security
There is a $200 charge for cleaning the facility after your event.  This fee also includes our on-site security that is necessary to meet our insurance needs.

Alcohol Service
Legacy offers our clients the option to provide their own alcoholic beverages or use one of our many preferred beverage vendors.

Parking
We have complimentary on-site parking for up to 70 cars and provide an attendant to direct traffic.

Linens
Wedding Ceremonies – There is no additional charge for the Wedding Ceremony. We provide complimentary row seating for up to 100 guests. Additional chairs may be rented.  A wide selection of linens are available for your event. This cost will be estimated in the proposal and contract. Final linen costs are dependent on your final guest count and seating needs. All tables are draped.

Additional Space
If you need more space for a reception or band, space can be rented outside the building of Legacy’s Town Hall.  Tents and other outside needs can be obtained from one of our preferred vendors listed on our website.

Audio/Video
All microphones, speakers, projectors and other audio/video equipment will need to be rented from another vendor.  See our website for a list of preferred vendors.
